After making a note of it in my mind to watch out for, I was thinking about the potential problem while shaving this morning and I realised that I had probably solved the&nbsp;problem without realising there was a problem to be solved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My retaining screw for the combination lever in the valve block is a 14ba steel screw which screws in from the back.
